POLICY
Before joining us at Padel x House Fest, please take a moment to read our Event Policy carefully. These guidelines help us create a safe, respectful and unforgettable festival experience for everyone. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
GENERAL

By purchasing a ticket and entering Padel x House Fest, you agree to comply with this Event Policy and any instructions given by the organization, security personnel or emergency services.

Visitors attend the event entirely at their own risk.

The organization cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven gross negligence.

The organization reserves the right to amend the event schedule, line-up, activities or opening hours if necessary.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the organization may temporarily suspend or cancel the event without creating an automatic right to compensation.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.
-
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Please dispose of waste in the designated bins provided throughout the venue.
ENTRY

Entry is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket.
-
This event is strictly 18+. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon request.
-
All visitors may be subject to bag checks and/or security searches upon entry.

Padel x House Fest operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs, weapons, nitrous oxide and other prohibited substances.

Bringing your own alcoholic beverages onto the event site is not permitted.
-
Visitors who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.

Glass bottles, fireworks, weapons or any dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.

The organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors if their behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others.
PADEL TOURNAMENT
-
Participants are welcome to bring their own padel equipment.
-
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the owner at all times. The organization cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage.

All matches will be played according to the official tournament schedule determined by the organization.

Participants must report to the tournament desk at least 30 minutes before their first match.
-
Respect towards opponents, referees, volunteers and staff is expected at all times.
-
Unsportsmanlike behaviour, discrimination, intimidation or aggression will not be tolerated.
-
The organization reserves the right to disqualify and remove participants from both the tournament and the event without refund.
-
Participants are expected to treat the courts and facilities with care.
-
Any intentional damage caused to the venue or equipment may be recovered from the responsible person.

Padel rackets can be rented from the PassieCenter reception (see venue map).
-
Rental equipment is registered under the renter's name.
-
Failure to return a rented racket will result in a €150 replacement fee.
OPEN PLAY
-
Open Play is exclusively available to visitors holding a valid Open Play ticket.
-
Playing times and court assignments are determined by the organization.
-
Please respect fellow players and enjoy the experience in a sportsmanlike manner.

Visitors may use their own equipment.
-
Personal belongings remain entirely at the owner's own risk.
-
The organization cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage.

Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Rental rackets are available through PassieCenter.
-
Failure to return rented equipment will result in a €150 replacement fee.
-
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligent behaviour may be charged to the responsible participant.
FESTIVAL
-
Respect fellow visitors, artists, staff, volunteers and security personnel at all times.

Aggression, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, violence or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Visitors who violate the house rules may be removed from the event immediately without refund.
-
Climbing on stages, barriers, fences or technical structures is strictly prohibited.
-
Always follow instructions given by security, medical staff or event personnel.
-
In case of an emergency, visitors must immediately follow all evacuation instructions.
FOOD & DRINKS

All food and beverages are purchased through the official token system.
-
Tokens can only be purchased at the designated token sales points.
-
Tokens are only valid during Padel x House Fest.
-
Unused tokens cannot be exchanged or refunded after the event.
-
Damaged or counterfeit tokens will not be accepted.
-
Alcohol will only be served to visitors aged 18 years or older.
-
Valid identification may be requested at any time.
-
The organization and catering partner reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
- Participants taking part in the Tournament or Open Play are not permitted to bring their own sports nutrition, supplements or drinks into the venue.
- Empty water bottles and sports bottles are permitted and may be refilled at the designated water stations.
- A Sports Recovery Bar is available exclusively for Tournament and Open Play participants, offering complimentary water, fruit, sports supplements and recovery products provided by our event partners while supplies last.
- Exceptions may only be made for visitors with medical or dietary requirements. Please contact the organization prior to the event if this applies to you.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you grant Padel x House Fest permission to use any images or video footage featuring you for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in close-up promotional content, please notify a member of our media team during the event.
TICKETS

Every ticket is valid for one-time entry only.

Tickets are personal and may not be duplicated or copied.
-
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organization.
-
Tickets may only be resold through the official ticket platform if this option is provided.
-
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets remain the responsibility of the ticket holder.
MUSIC & SOUND
-
Padel x House Fest is a music-driven sporting event.
-
Music will be playing throughout the entire event, including during padel, footpadel and pickleball activities.
-
Visitors and participants should expect high sound levels.
-
Hearing protection is recommended for visitors who are sensitive to loud music.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Professional first aid (EHBO) will be available throughout the event.
-
Visitors requiring medical assistance should immediately contact security, event staff or the medical team.
DRUGS POLICY
Padel x House Fest maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs.
Anyone found carrying, using or dealing illegal substances may:

Be removed from the event immediately without refund.

Be reported to the police where appropriate.
Any prohibited substances found during security checks will be confiscated.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Padel x House Fest is built around sport, music, community and respect.
We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels safe, welcome and respected.
Any form of discrimination, racism, sexism, bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment, hate speech or violence will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
We kindly ask everyone to treat fellow visitors, artists, volunteers, partners and staff with respect.
